WHAT IT IS
Two hundred life-sized dinosaurs standing in the palmettos off I-4, at slightly wrong scales.
No rides, no film, no animatronics, just fibreglass dinosaurs placed along winding paths through Florida scrub, which turns out to be an unnervingly convincing Cretaceous. The anatomy is of its era, the paint jobs are bold, and the fossil dig is a sandbox. Children lose their minds. Adults find the silence between exhibits oddly affecting.
